Job Type / Category

This is a full time post with full time hours Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting new candidates (to be able to sell the business to the candidates)
  • Vet and interview candidates
  • Ensure new candidates are compliant to work
  • Ensure candidates are up to date regarding DBS and Training
  • Book training and send off DBS
  • Keep an organised routine regarding candidate’s compliance
  • Organise office calendar

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

  • Motivated and ambitious
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone
  • Target Driven – you will be set a monthly target regarding getting new candidates into the business
