We are seeking a seasoned, results-driven Project Manager to lead AI and digital transformation engagements from initiation through delivery. You will serve as the critical bridge between our clients, development teams, and key stakeholders — ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end project delivery across AI integration, software development, and digital transformation engagements.
Define project scope, milestones, timelines, resource plans, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Manage project budgets, track progress against plan, and proactively address risks, blockers, and scope changes.
Ensure delivery quality through structured checkpoints, clear accountability, and ongoing course correction.
Stakeholder & Client Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate discovery sessions, steering committee meetings, status updates, and executive presentations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships built on trust, transparency, and consistent delivery.
Manage expectations thoughtfully while keeping engagements aligned to business outcomes.
Team Coordination & Internal Collaboration
Work closely with HeitechSoft’s development team to maintain velocity, remove blockers, and ensure technical work aligns with client requirements.
Translate business requirements into actionable work for technical teams, and translate technical progress back into business language for stakeholders.
Coordinate with AI consultants, solutions architects, and business development to ensure seamless project handoffs and continuity.
Contribute to the ongoing refinement of HeitechSoft’s delivery frameworks, templates, and project management methodologies.
AI & Transformation Context
Apply a working understanding of AI and automation technologies to guide project decisions, frame trade-offs, and help clients understand what they’re building and why.
Recognize when scope, requirements, or technical approaches need to evolve as AI implementations mature, and navigate those shifts effectively with clients.
Support change management conversations to help client organizations adopt and sustain new AI-enabled workflows.
Requirements
8+ years of project management experience in technology, software development, or digital transformation contexts.
PMP certification or equivalent (PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or demonstrated senior-level PM credentials).
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across complex stakeholder environments.
Solid practical understanding of AI in business. You don’t need to build models, but you need to understand what AI can and can’t do, how implementations unfold, and how to set realistic expectations with clients.
Strong familiarity with the software development lifecycle: Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery frameworks.
Exceptional communication skills. Equally effective in boardroom presentations and developer standups.
Experience managing client-facing engagements in a consulting or professional services environment is strongly preferred.
Comfortable using AI productivity tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to enhance planning, reporting, and communication.
Highly organized, self-directed, and calm under pressure. You know how to keep projects and people moving.
