An exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Data Analyst to support a major Workday HCM and Finance implementation andtransformation within a leading organisation in the insurance sector. This role will play a key part in building a new cloud-based data warehouse and delivering high-value reporting and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and own data requirements for HCM and Finance reporting.
• Data mapping,map source to target, and ensure integrity.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
• Support Workday module configuration and optimisation.
• Collaborate with IT to identify and document integration points with Workday with other systems.
• Ensure compliance, data governance, and accuracy.
• Support implementation testing, rollout, and user adoption.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience with Workday HCM and Finance modules.
• Strong data analysis and SQL skills.
• Experience with Power BI/Tableau and data modelling.
• Familiarity with Workday Studio/EIB for integrations.
• Insurance or financial services background preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.

We anticipate that consultants would consider themselves as outside IR35. Immediate Start preferred. Initial 6 month engagement
