My Client is looking for a Deputy Manager to work in their friendly site in a lovely British coastal town. Food is served straight from the kitchen and crafted drinks poured at the bar every day of the week, as well as the perfect place for a getaway for 14 beautiful bedrooms.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM with the day to day management of the business
• Back of House Reporting
• Train and Develop Team
• Drive service and maintain standards
• Seek innovative ways to drive trade
• Exceptional knowledge, passion & experience in a fresh food environment
• Function planning
• Ability to survive under pressure
