AsourRetailFacilitiesandMaintenanceManageryouwillberesponsibleforthemanagementandupkeepofmultipleretailstoresacrosstheUKROIandEurope.Thisroleinvolvesmanagingthephysicalenvironmentofourretailspaces,conductingpreventativemaintenanceandoverseeingrefurbishmentandrepairprojects.Thisrolehasarequirementforstrongleadershipskillsandstakeholdermanagementskillstomanagebothin-houseteamsandexternalcontractorswhilstmaintainingcorporateprinciplesandlegislativestandardsincludingthenegotiationofmaintenancecontracts&supplyofservices.PleasenotethatthisisfieldbasedworkwithoccasionaltraveltoheadofficeinStreetasandwhenitisrequired.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance&Repair:Leadandoverseethemaintenanceteamandfullschemeactivities
- Managerelationshipswithkeysuppliers,contractors,consultantsandservicecontracts.
- Createtheconditionsthatdeliverahighlycompetent,energetic,engagedandmotivatedworkforcewhoarecommittedandalignedtoglobaldeliveryoutcomes
Qualifications&Experience
- Provenexperienceinfacilitiesmanagement,preferablywithmultisiteswithinaretailenvironment.
- KnowledgeofUKhealthandsafetyregulations,buildingcodes,andstatutoryrequirements.
- Strongprojectmanagementskills,withtheabilitytomanagemultipleprojectssimultaneously.
- Experiencemanagingservicecontractsanddealingwithcontractors.
- Budgetmanagementexperience,includingcost-savinginitiatives.
- Strongproblem-solvingskillsandattentiontodetail.
- Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills,withtheabilitytoworkcollaborativelywithstoremanagersandcross-functionalteams.
- Abilitytoworkunderpressureandhandleemergenciescalmlyandefficiently.
- BIFM(BritishInstituteofFacilitiesManagement)qualificationorequivalent
- HNC/HNDBuildingConstruction
- Knowledgeofsustainabilitypracticesinfacilitiesmanagement.
- FamiliaritywithComputerAidedFacilitiesManagement(CAFM)systems
