Cost Benefit Analyst – Identity & Access Management (IAM)

We’re hiring an experienced Cost Benefit Analyst to join a large-scale IAM transformation programme within Cyber Security.
This role will focus on quantifying tangible cost savings, analysing efficiency gains, modelling opportunity costs, and demonstrating strategic ROI across a complex, global organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse job role and team efficiencies to identify measurable cost savings
- Develop and maintain detailed cost-benefit and financial models
- Evaluate operational cost-effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Track financial performance and budget adherence
- Partner with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Present clear, data-driven insights to leadership
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in cost or financial analysis
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience working in complex, global environments
- Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience within Cyber Security or Identity & Access Management is highly desirable.
