About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to support and manage our Payment Gateway merchants. The ideal candidate has a strong background in payments/fintech, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to work closely with merchants, product, tech, and compliance teams.
Responsibilities
- Maintain client’s relationships at an institutional level.
- Built personal relationships with UK based clients.
- Manage the daily requests/ issues with clients.
- Support the Team to grow and achieve Team Targets
Obligatory
- 5 years of fintech experience working with B2B clients.
- Fintech industry background.
- CFD Liquidity knowledge.
- English C1/C2/Native
