Team Leader / Supervisor – Off‑Loading Operations

We’re seeking a hands‑on Team Leader to manage off‑loading activities on construction sites. You will organise operatives, coordinate deliveries, and ensure safe, efficient unloading of kitchens, appliances and materials.

Duties include:

• Planning workloads
• Supervising off‑loading teams
• Liaising with site managers and drivers
• Conducting safety checks
• Managing attendance and performance
• Completing paperwork with photos

Requirements:

• Supervisory experience
• Strong organisation & communication
• Construction backround preffered
• Safety‑driven and proactive
• Must have CSCS Card
• Must have a car
