We’re looking for a Head of Engineering to lead a team of 12 talented professionals, including the Heads of Security and Cloud & Infrastructure. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll drive innovation, strengthen technical delivery, and align engineering excellence with business growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and inspire teams across Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security, setting strategic direction and ensuring alignment to business goals.
- Define and deliver a forward-thinking engineering roadmap focused on scalability, automation, and performance.
- Champion best practices, modern tooling, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strengthen governance, compliance, and risk management across all technical domains.
- Mentor department heads and senior engineers to foster leadership growth and technical depth.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven leadership experience as a Head of Engineering, Director of Engineering, or Head of Technology.
- Strong technical grounding in Microsoft Cloud, Security, and Infrastructure.
- Experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams in cloud‑first or hybrid environments.
- Background in an MSP or enterprise‑scale organisation.
