Role

We are now looking for a Head of Sales for our UK&I Enterprise team. We are based in Soho – London and looking for the manager to be in the office 3 days a week.

You will be joining our UK sales team, with the aim of strengthening our leadership, where we are already the go-to Employer Branding & ATS tool, with amazing clients like London Electric Vehicle Company (LEVC), Arsenal FC, Lotus Cars, Whyte & MacKay or Space NK … but we’ve just scratched the surface

Responsibilities

  • 3–5+ years managing upmarket AEs in a B2B SaaS environment

  • Consistent track record of leading teams to exceed quota in a high-growth company

  • Strong understanding of Enterprise sales motions: account planning, multi-threading across deal cycles, working with procurement, legal, InfoSec assessments and RFPs

  • Comfort in engaging with C-Level executives

  • Deep expertise with qualification frameworks such as MEDDICC and methodologies such as Challenger, Command of the Message and Value Selling

  • Experience coaching on pipeline generation and account based outbound motions

  • Proven ability to build forecasting discipline and operational rigour

Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Experience selling in HR Tech / ATS / Talent space

  • Background in a scale-up environment with rapidly evolving processes.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong/Jiminny, Cognism/ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
