More About the Role & Team

We are looking for a Continental Europe Marketing Manager to lead the delivery of regional marketing activity across key European markets. This role is responsible for executing campaigns, events and webinars that support Sales priorities while aligning with broader global marketing initiatives.

Working closely with Sales teams, central marketing and external agencies, you will translate regional needs into practical, well-executed marketing activity. The role combines hands‑on delivery with strong stakeholder engagement and plays an important part in building consistency and impact across Continental Europe.

A key element of the role is close collaboration with Paris-based teams, making regular travel an important component, particularly during the initial phase of the role.

What Skills and Experience Do I Need to Succeed?

You’ll bring B2B marketing experience, ideally within enterprise software, marketing to investment management clients, and be comfortable owning delivery across multiple facets of marketing.

Key requirements include:

  • Experience delivering B2B marketing campaigns, webinars and/or events across regions
  • A hands‑on approach, with ownership of activity from planning through to execution and review
  • Confidence working closely with Sales teams to prioritise and support regional initiatives
  • Experience managing agencies and coordinating activity across central and regional teams
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
  • Comfort operating in environments where priorities, processes and success metrics continue to evolve

Fluency in the French language is preferred.

More About the Location

This role is based in London and follows a hybrid working model. Regular travel to Paris is expected, particularly to build strong working relationships with local teams.

You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Product stakeholders across geographies, requiring clear communication, flexibility and a proactive approach. The culture supports autonomy and trust, balanced with clear expectations around ownership, delivery and impact.
