Your Responsibilities
- Serve as the go‑to expert for SAP HCM UK Payroll, HR, and related modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring smooth system performance.
- Guide clients on best practices and advise on HR/payroll processes and compliance.
- Coordinate minor system enhancements, updates, and continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Share knowledge and mentor colleagues to strengthen the team’s capabilities.
What We’re Looking For
- 4‑8 years’ experience with SAP HCM UK/Ireland Payroll and related modules.
- Deep understanding of operational payroll, HR processes, and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in complex situations.
- Someone who wants to learn and grow.
- Experience handling high‑volume client support with SLA focus.
- SuccessFactors knowledge is a bonus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication to explain complex topics clearly.
