Are you an experienced Sales Professional with a background in Plant Equipment? If you’re driven, technically minded, and ready to grow your career within a reputable company – we want to hear from you. We are currently recruiting for an Area Sales Representative to join a well-established business covering the North West region. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong technical understanding of hydraulic systems or plant machinery and can build lasting relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales within your assigned territory in the North West
- Develop strong customer relationships through regular site visits and professional advice
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through proactive outreach
- Deliver product demonstrations and provide technical support to clients
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth delivery of services
- Achieve sales targets and report regularly on pipeline, forecasts, and market activity
- Represent the company at trade events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales within the Plant Hire sectors
- Strong technical knowledge of plant, or heavy equipment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident working independently
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Comfortable using a laptop and CRM tools for reporting and client management
