We are working with one of the top US private credit funds. Their focus is lending capital to firms for liquidity, expansion, acquisition and restructuring. The firm has just raised a large fund and they are now looking to add an Associate to their team.
Responsibilities
- Identification and origination of investments for the fund
- Duediligence and analysis of loans and deals
- Regular interaction with management teams of portfolio companies
- Financial modelling and valuations
- Deal structuring and execution
- Monitoring existing investments
Qualifications
We are interested in meeting Associate private debt/credit investment professionals from other funds. The successful candidate will have excellent deal structuring experience and a strong understanding of complicated debt financings. xwzovoh We will also consider an exceptional associate from one of the top bulge‑bracket banks who might work in our private lending team.
