We’re on the hunt for an exceptional General Manager to lead a vibrant Australian restaurant in London. This is a hands‑on, floor‑based role for someone who thrives on service, sales, and leading a high‑performing team, with a strong passion for wines and good food.

What you’ll be doing:

• Running the business like it’s your own, working directly with the owners
• Driving sales and revenue growth across the venue
• Managing a large team of 50+ in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
• Overseeing P&L and financial performance, ensuring strong profitability
• Leading by example, coaching, motivating, and inspiring your team
