As a Lead Software Engineer, you will drive technical excellence across multiple teams while remaining hands-on in software development. You will shape modern system architecture, lead high-impact projects from concept to delivery, and align technical direction with business strategy. You will also champion engineering standards and the adoption of AI-driven automation.

What you will do

• Drive the architectural design and technical delivery of scalable systems using C#, .NET Core, and React.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Designers to shape product decisions and align engineering with business goals.
• Establish and uphold high-quality coding standards through comprehensive testing and proactive technical leadership.

The ideal candidate

• Extensive commercial experience building scalable applications with C#, .NET Core, React, and SQL.
• Proven track record in technical leadership with the ability to manage cross-functional projects and mentor engineers.
• Deep expertise in RESTful API design and cloud-native development specifically within the Azure ecosystem.
