The Opportunity

A leading Wealth Management firm is seeking a highly accomplished Transformation Finance Director to join its CEO Office on an interim basis.

This is a mission-critical role at the centre of the organisation’s strategic agenda, providing direct partnership to the CEO and CFO in shaping and executing a multi-year transformation programme.

You will operate at the most senior levels of the business, bringing both financial leadership and strategic oversight, ensuring that transformation initiatives are tightly aligned to commercial goals, investor expectations, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Finance Leadership
  • Partner with the CEO, CFO, and Executive Committee to embed financial discipline across transformation initiatives.
  • Translate financial insight into strategic recommendations, supporting investment decisions and prioritisation of resources.
  • Provide end-to-end financial governance across large-scale change programmes, ensuring budgets, timelines, and objectives remain aligned.
  • Establish robust processes to track benefits realisation, linking programme outcomes to shareholder value.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Deliver high-quality FP&A insight to senior leadership, with a focus on forward-looking performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Influence and engage stakeholders at all levels – from board members and investors to programme leads and finance teams.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience as a Finance Transformation Director (or equivalent senior finance leader) within Financial Services or Wealth/Asset Management.
  • Strong track record of operating at C-Suite and Board level, with gravitas and credibility to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Deep FP&A expertise, including scenario planning, forecasting, and investment appraisal. xwzovoh
