Business Development Manager – Bridging / Specialist Finance
Location: Fully Remote – UK Wide
Are you a driven BDM looking to grow your career in the specialist finance sector? We’re working with a group of ambitious bridging and commercial lenders looking to expand their origination teams across the UK.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and managing introducer/broker networks
- Driving new business opportunities and pipeline growth
- Structuring deals alongside credit teams
- Acting as the face of a fast-growing lender in your territory
What We’re Looking For
- Proven BDM experience in bridging, development finance, or specialist lending
- Strong broker or introducer network
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and commercially aware
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
