Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior/Midweight Project Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in London. The successful candidate will oversee project timelines, coordinate client deliverables, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth project workflows, managing deadlines, monitoring budgets, and addressing any challenges that arise. Some remote work is permitted, but in-office collaboration will be key to your success in this role, as you’ll be working closely within a dynamic, interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Project Management and experience in planning, coordinating, and implementing projects effectively
- Knowledge of Expediting and Expeditor skills, with an ability to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of goods
- Familiarity with Inspection and Logistics Management processes to oversee quality assurance and supply chain efficiency
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with project management tools and software
- Experience in an agency or fast-paced environment is a plus
