Location: Any UK Frazer-Nash Office

Working Pattern: Flexible hybrid – office, client site, and home

Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 per annum

What You’ll Do

  • Lead delivery of CSS artefacts aligned to DO-326A, ED-202A, ED-203A
  • Conduct threat analysis, risk assessments, and define security architectures
  • Integrate cyber security into safety‑critical assurance (DO-178C, DO-254, IEC 61508)
  • Support system and safety assessments (ARP4754A, ARP4761)
  • Engage clients, shape solutions, and influence programme outcomes
  • Scope and cost work, support bids and proposals
  • Mentor junior consultants and grow capability

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Practitioner-level experience in DO-326A (and DO-356A/DO-355)
  • Understanding of cyber security artefacts in safety‑critical environments
  • Strong knowledge of safety‑critical software standards
  • Familiarity with ARP4754A, ARP4761, DefStan 00‑970/55/56
  • Understanding of wider cyber frameworks (ISO 27001/27005, NIST SP 800‑53/160)
  • Consultancy experience including scoping, costing, and proposal support
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
