The Opportunity
As an Associate, you will gain broad exposure across the full investment lifecycle – from origination and execution through to portfolio management. Working closely with senior investment professionals in a lean team environment, you will take on meaningful responsibility across live transactions and play a key role in shaping a rapidly scaling European platform. The role offers significant responsibility, strong deal exposure, and clear progression potential within a growing franchise.
Key Responsibilities
- Support origination and execution of investments across Infrastructure and Energy value-add investments
- Build and review financial models, conduct valuation and market analysis, and contribute to due diligence.
- Prepare investment materials for internal decision-making.
- Support active asset management, including monitoring portfolio performance and identifying value creation opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- 2-6 years’ experience in private equity, investment banking, infrastructure investing, or transaction advisory.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with proven transaction experience.
- A genuine interest in infrastructure and energy transition.
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset, with excellent communication skills. xwzovoh
