An excellent opportunity has arisen with a progressive consultancy delivering strategic housing allocations alongside innovation-led development including science park expansions and employment campuses.

This role offers exposure to complex, multidisciplinary schemes requiring strategic thinking and strong appeal experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing large-scale residential planning applications
• Promoting sites through the Local Development Plan process
• Drafting robust Planning Statements and appeal documentation
• Coordinating technical consultant teams

About You

• MRTPI qualified (or extremely close)
• Strong experience xwzovoh in strategic residential projects
• Experience with employment-led or innovation schemes advantageous
• Strong project management and commercial awareness
