INVESTMENT ANALYST (JUNIOR)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented analyst to join our Investment Team. This role offers hands‑on exposure to the investment research and fund selection process while providing valuable experience in supporting daily operations, data management, and client deliverables.

Location: City Hall, Bugis

Working Hours: 5‑day work week, Mondays to Fridays, from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse investment data to prepare performance summaries that support due diligence and investment decision‑making.
• Conduct preliminary research on funds, managers, and market trends to inform the team’s investment strategies.
• Review and evaluate investment materials including fund presentations, investment memorandums, and performance reports to identify key insights.
• Prepare and maintain accurate internal documentation such as meeting minutes, investment notes, and summaries to ensure effective knowledge sharing.
• Update and maintain the investment database to ensure data accuracy and accessibility for the team.
• Develop presentation materials and client deliverables that clearly communicate investment insights and support internal discussions.
• Attend internal and external meetings to observe discussions and coordinate follow‑up actions that advance team objectives.
• Provide administrative and operational support to streamline workflows and enhance the efficiency of the investment team.

Required competencies and certifications

• Strong analytical skills demonstrated through proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to manipulate data and create impactful presentations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain data integrity.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey complex information and collaborate with team members.
• Proactive and reliable work approach with eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced investment environment.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major, supporting a broad analytical foundation and adaptability to diverse investment topics.
