A well established, multi office commercial law firm is looking for an experienced Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join its growing team. The firm offers high quality work, a supportive culture and a better work life balance than many comparable practices.
The Role
You’ll handle a varied caseload of non contentious commercial work, reporting to the Head of Department and working closely with senior colleagues. The work includes:
- Commercial contracts and T&Cs
- IT, e commerce and software agreements
- Agency, supply, manufacturing and franchise agreements
- Collaboration and joint venture projects
- Data protection and IP related commercial matters
- Supporting on corporate transactions and due diligence
- Involvement in business development and marketing activity
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified SRA registered Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE in commercial work
- Some corporate transactional experience
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Proactive, organised and commercially aware
