A well established, multi office commercial law firm is looking for an experienced Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join its growing team. The firm offers high quality work, a supportive culture and a better work life balance than many comparable practices.

The Role

You’ll handle a varied caseload of non contentious commercial work, reporting to the Head of Department and working closely with senior colleagues. The work includes:

• Commercial contracts and T&Cs
• IT, e commerce and software agreements
• Agency, supply, manufacturing and franchise agreements
• Collaboration and joint venture projects
• Data protection and IP related commercial matters
• Supporting on corporate transactions and due diligence
• Involvement in business development and marketing activity

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified SRA registered Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in commercial work
• Some corporate transactional experience
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Proactive, organised and commercially aware
