THE ROLE
- This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-established corporate team specialising in M&A for owner-managers, private equity, and venture capital.
- You will attract and develop new client relationships
- Deliver high-quality, commercially focused legal advice
- Support and mentor existing team members
- Contribute to the firm’s wider strategic expansion plans
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Applications are sought from a Corporate Partner exploring new opportunities or a Corporate Senior Associate ready for partnership
- You will be able to demonstrate strong business development capability
- Bringing a credible client following
- Experienced in leading and growing teams
- Technically excellent across the full spectrum of corporate law with exposure to a broad range of work
