Summit Rec2Rec represents a network of high-performing recruitment agencies and is currently supporting several Surrey clients looking to hire ambitious, commercially minded graduates for March 2026 start dates.
From day one, you will work closely with top billers, managers and directors who are highly respected in their markets.
You will be trained to:
- Identify and engage high-quality candidates within your specialist market
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and support them through their career moves
- Develop strong market knowledge and understand client hiring needs
- Progress into client-facing business development and advisory work
- Support organisations in building high-performing teams
This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where communication, collaboration and problem-solving are just as important as ambition and drive.
- A recent graduate or entry-level sales professional excited about building a commission-based career
- Already lives in Surrey or commutable distance (30-45 minutes one way)
- Able to clearly articulate why a career in recruitment genuinely appeals to you
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Enjoys building relationships and working as part of a team
- Resilient, adaptable and motivated by both personal success and helping others succeed
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, target-driven environment
- Ambitious, but also keen to contribute to a supportive and inclusive culture
