Remedicare Staffing are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our established Residential division. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a medium-sized, supportive team within a well-respected healthcare recruitment business.
You will be working on a 360 recruitment desk, placing candidates nationwide into permanent roles within the residential care sector. We recruit for a range of positions including Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, Registered Managers, Chefs and Nursery Practitioners.
This is a full-cycle role where you will manage both clients and candidates, building long-term partnerships and overseeing the process from initial business development through to successful placement.
Responsibilities
- Full 360 recruitment responsibilities
- Business development and account management
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates nationwide
- Recruiting for HCA’s, Support Workers, Managers, Chefs and Nursery Practitioners
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with care homes and residential services
Qualifications
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Strong negotiation and organisational ability
- A motivated, target-driven mindset
- A genuine people person who enjoys relationship building
- Previous recruitment or sales experience preferred but not essential
