- Portfolio Integration: You will have established a weekly rhythm that balances 60% office-based strategic oversight with 40% on-site presence across the portfolio
- The “First 90” Audit Sprint: You will have personally visited every site to conduct face-to-face audits, establishing a clear “Stolt Baseline” for quality, safety, and cleaner performance
- Operational Groundwork: You will lead the seamless onboarding of new contracts, ensuring cleaners are trained, equipment is site-ready, and the “Day 1” experience for the client is flawless
Within 6 Months: Performance and Hub Management
- Field Leadership and Auditing: You will have implemented a rigorous auditing cycle, ensuring cleaners are well-managed, checked regularly, and supported through formal performance feedback
- The Central Point of Contact: By embedding daily support channels, you will act as the primary liaison for cleaners, suppliers, and customers, resolving issues and implementing preventative methods at scale
- The Feedback Loop: Through quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and transparent audit data, you will have turned client feedback into actionable training for the on-site teams
- Profit through Efficiency: By optimising rotas and supply chains from the “control room”, you will have achieved measurable improvements in site-level profit margins
Within 12 Months: Excellence at Scale
- The Gold Standard: You will have achieved a 95%+ Audit Pass Rate across the entire portfolio, evidenced by data-driven reporting that we can show to prospective clients
- Compliance Mastery: Health and Safety will be second nature; you will have a 100% compliance record on training, COSHH, and site-specific risk assessments
- Expansion Catalyst: With a stable, well-managed operational core, you will have successfully scaled operations into new regions, proving that Stolt’s “progressive” model works at any volume
