Project Manager – Residential – South East

Salary: £70,000 – £85,000 p.a. | Location: Surrey, South East

Responsibilities

• Deliver 2 office-to-residential schemes concurrently (each £8-10m, near each other).
• Manage all on-site activities to ensure the project is completed within time and budget.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines on site.
• Report to the Contracts Manager and coordinate with project stakeholders to drive successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering residential schemes; background in developer or main contracting is desirable, though experience with both is not essential.
• Proven track record managing projects through delivery from planning to completion.
