Key Responsibilities
- Managing daily office operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Supporting senior management and wider site and sales teams with administrative tasks
- Coordinating meetings, diaries, and internal communications
- Overseeing office supplies, facilities, and health & safety compliance
- Acting as a key point of contact for staff, contractors, and external stakeholders
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Previous experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative role
- Experience within construction or house building (desirable)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A proactive, problem‑solving approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
