About the role
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to oversee the successful implementation of new systems and technologies.
- Manage the tech roadmap, making sure it is aligned with the overall company strategy and goals.
- Manage the relationship with external developers.
- Be the main POC for all technical activities.
- Work closely with the Customer Care team to address issues and improve efficiencies.
About you
- Several years eCommerce experience, ideally in a retail capacity.
- Technically proficient and able to liaise closely with the Development team.
- Able to manage multiple projects at a time and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
