About the Role
We are looking to hire a Customer Support Executive to play a key role in driving new member growth at our client. You will assist customers with their annual subscription renewals and deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience, ensuring happiness. You’ll receive full support including comprehensive product training, sales coaching, and ongoing mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and renew customer subscriptions and plans
- Work with customers to understand problems and solve issues
- Maximise every interaction to deliver value, encourage app usage, and support long‑term retention
- Champion the member experience and foster a culture where it is central to everything we do
- Share insights and feedback with internal teams to improve the overall experience
- Represent the business at events and trade shows in Ireland and abroad
About You: Skills & Attributes
- Background in customer service or support in a fast‑paced environment (e.g., bank, energy company)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail, particularly in listening
