Up to £85,000 + Bonus + Package
Due to internal promotion, Kitson Associates is hiring anexperienced Technical Managerfor a successful housing developer in Northamptonshire. Reporting to theTechnical Director, you’ll oversee design and utility coordination, ensuring approvals and timely information flow between consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead & coordinate technical design, utilities, and approvals
Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, NHBC & sustainability standards
Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and internal departments
Manage budgets, reports & performance targets
Resolve technical & construction challenges efficiently
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years in construction/development
Strong technical knowledge (Building Regs, NHBC, planning laws)
Experience in managing teams & partnerships
IT proficiency (Microsoft packages)
Degree in Planning or related field with RTPI eligibility preferred.
