• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in technology focused or IWMS / Facilities Management environments.
• Strong design skills.
• Understanding of IWMS platforms—experience with Planon is highly desirable.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured architectural documentation.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
