Head of Information Technology

As Head of IT, you will own the technology roadmap, modernise infrastructure and applications, and embed a digital-first culture across the organisation. You will lead a high-performing IT team, manage strategic vendors and partners, and ensure our technology landscape is secure, scalable, and future-ready.

This role is ideal for a transformational leader who combines strong technical depth with commercial acumen and the ability to influence at Board level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver a multi-year digital transformation strategy aligned to business objectives
• Lead enterprise-wide technology change programmes (cloud migration, ERP/CRM implementation, automation, data platforms)
• Oversee IT operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and service delivery
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing IT function
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and third-party technology partners
• Ensure compliance, governance, and risk management frameworks are robust and effective
• Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and emerging technologies

About You:

• Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role (Head of IT, IT Director, or similar)
• Demonstrable success leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and data strategy
• Experience managing significant IT budgets and complex stakeholder environments
• Commercially astute with the ability to translate technical strategy into business value
• Inspirational leadership style with excellent communication and influencing skills
