As Head of IT, you will own the technology roadmap, modernise infrastructure and applications, and embed a digital-first culture across the organisation. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a multi-year digital transformation strategy aligned to business objectives
- Lead enterprise-wide technology change programmes (cloud migration, ERP/CRM implementation, automation, data platforms)
- Oversee IT operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and service delivery
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing IT function
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and third-party technology partners
- Ensure compliance, governance, and risk management frameworks are robust and effective
- Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and emerging technologies
About You:
- Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role (Head of IT, IT Director, or similar)
- Demonstrable success leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and data strategy
- Experience managing significant IT budgets and complex stakeholder environments
- Commercially astute with the ability to translate technical strategy into business value
- Inspirational leadership style with excellent communication and influencing skills
