  • Buildtrustedrelationshipswithclientswhiledrivingmeasurableresults,notjustactivity.
  • GuideHR,TalentAcquisitionandL&Dleaderstonewwaysofworkingthatdeliverrealoutcomes.
  • SpotcommercialopportunitiesandcollaboratewithSalestogrowaccounts.
  • Anticipateclientneedsandproactivelyreducechurnriskbeforeitarises.
  • Driveadoption,influencebehaviours,andensuresolutionsarefullyembedded.
  • Identifyandempowerclientchampionstoincreaseinternalandexternalreferrals.
  • Feedvaluableclientfeedbackintoproductteamstoshapefutureroadmaps.

Main Skills Needed

  • 3-5yearsinclientsuccess,ideallywithinB2BSaaS,HRtechorassessment.
  • Strongcommercialawarenessandabilitytoidentifywherevaluecanbecreated.
  • Confidentworkingacrosstechplatforms,withatrackrecordofturningdataintoactionableinsights.
  • ExperienceengagingHR,TalentAcquisitionorL&Dstakeholderswouldbepreferred.
  • CRMexperience(HubSpotpreferred).
  • Curious,consultative,collaborativeanddrivenpersonality.
