We are an established media house with operations in the UK, USA and India. We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to take ownership of a hub and help us with our ambitious growth strategy.
The Role:
As Business Development Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for multiple media platforms (digital, broadcast, print, or streaming)
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, agencies, and media buyers
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to create compelling sales packages and offerings
- Analyse market trends, audience data, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to senior leadership
- Negotiate high-value contracts and close strategic deals
Qualifications:
- Strong sales experience preferably in media.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and growing market share
Base Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 and uncapped commission. 5% on renewal, 10% on new business.
