Our client, a leading global organisation, is hiring a PMO Manager to lead and mature portfolio governance across a complex, international environment.
This role offers the opportunity to shape and drive delivery standards across a broad digital landscape, including ERP, CRM, and wider transformation programmes. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring strategic initiatives are delivered with rigour, transparency, and measurable business impact.
What you’ll do
- Lead and evolve the Project & Portfolio Management Office (PMO) capability across a global function
- Oversee governance, reporting, financial tracking, risk, and resource management across ERP, CRM, and digital programmes
- Ensure consistent project delivery standards, controls, and assurance frameworks
- Provide portfolio-level insight to senior stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement across tools, processes, and ways of working
You’ll work closely with executive stakeholders, technology teams, regional business units, and third-party partners to ensure alignment between delivery activity and organisational strategy.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a senior PMO or Portfolio Manager within a complex, global organisation
- Strong background delivering ERP and CRM programmes alongside wider digital initiatives
- Experience operating at portfolio level with oversight of multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent governance, financial management, and reporting expertise
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive level
