The Role

As Business Systems Administrator, you will administer and optimize our Hubspot instance. You will be the go‑to expert for Hubspot ensuring it is well‑configured, well‑integrated, and effectively adopted across teams. This is a high‑impact, cross‑functional role sitting at the heart of Sales, People, and Finance operations.

Your Responsibilities

Systems Administration & Ownership

• Own day‑to‑day administration, configuration, and optimization of HubSpot.
• Maintain data integrity, user access, workflows, and integrations with HubSpot.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor relationships and support escalations.
• Partner with Operational stakeholders to map business processes to system capabilities.
• Document configurations, workflows, and training materials as needed.

Reporting & Data Quality

• Clean and organize data (historical and current/future) in HubSpot.
• Define and enforce data governance standards across HubSpot.
• Proactively identify and resolve data inconsistencies.

Stakeholder Enablement

• Train and support end‑users across teams on system usage and best practices.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into HubSpot configurations.
• Act as a bridge between business teams and technical resources.
