The Company

An established interiors contractor delivering high-quality drywall, suspended ceiling and plastering packages across residential and commercial projects.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations, managing labour, subcontractors and programme delivery on interior fit-out projects. You will ensure works are completed safely, on time and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site activities for drywall, suspended ceiling and plastering works
• Coordinate trades, labour and subcontractors on site
• Run site inductions, toolbox talks and H&S compliance
• Monitor programme, progress and quality of installation
• Manage materials, deliveries and site logistics
• Maintain site records, reports and documentation
• Liaise with clients, consultants and senior management

Requirements

• Proven Site Manager experience in drywall, ceilings or plastering packages
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out construction methods
• Ability to lead teams and drive programme delivery
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold) and First Aid required
