Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Investigo are recruiting an FP&A Manager to join a fast-growing, private equity–owned business in a commercially focused, high-impact role based in Leicester, Hybrid working.

This is a true FP&A position, centred on planning, forecasting, financial modelling, and insight. There is no responsibility for statutory reporting, audit, or financial controls — the focus is on forward-looking analysis and decision support.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting cycles
• Building and maintaining financial models and scenario analysis
• Partnering with senior leaders to support commercial decision-making
• Delivering clear insight on performance, margins, and growth initiatives
• Supporting PE value-creation plans and board-level analysis

What we’re looking for

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or strong FP&A experience
• Background in FP&A or commercial finance within a fast-paced environment
• Strong modelling, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable challenging assumptions
• Experience in PE-backed businesses beneficial, but not essential
• High visibility role working closely with the senior leadership team
• Direct exposure to private equity investors and strategic initiatives

c£75,000 basic plus full benefits package
