As we continue to expand our footprint across the UK and beyond, we’re looking for a highly skilled and commercially‑minded Senior Finance Analyst to join our finance team and help drive strategic decision‑making across the business.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Finance, the Senior Finance Analyst will play a key role in providing insightful financial analysis, business partnering with key stakeholders, and supporting strategic initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive finance professional to make a tangible impact in a growing retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver in-depth financial analysis to support commercial decision‑making across product, pricing, and performance areas
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and business performance
- Business partner with merchandising, operations, marketing, and e-commerce teams to provide financial insight and drive profitability
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management and the executive team
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and reporting efficiency
- Provide ad hoc analysis and support for investment and strategic initiatives
About You
- Prior experience in a retail, food + beverage, FMCG, or consumer‑facing business is highly desirable
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to turn data into actionable insight
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially focused with a hands‑on approach and a strong sense of initiative
