As we continue to scale, we’re looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our ambitious and supportive team.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at ITP, you’ll play a key role in building relationships with clients and candidates, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and contributing to the continued growth of the business.
Responsibilities will include:
- Building and managing relationships with clients and candidates
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to offer and placement
- Developing new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
- Working collaboratively within a high-performing team
