Role
As Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the home, balancing clinical excellence with operational and business management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and exceed CQC standards, working towards Outstanding ratings
- Lead, motivate, and develop a skilled and dedicated team
- Drive operational and financial performance, identifying opportunities for growth
- Ensure high-quality care delivery while managing business objectives
- Foster a positive, safe, and supportive environment for staff, residents, and families
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in care home management, with a track record of maintaining or exceeding CQC standards
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Commercially aware with excellent operational and strategic expertise
- Confident, proactive, and able to deliver results
Package
£70,000 – £80,000 Bonus
