Responsibilities

  • Monitor the performance of a global IoT satellite network and identify issues proactively.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex RF and communications problems.
  • Inform customers of potential issues before they impact service.
  • Collaborate with software and network engineers to improve monitoring and reliability.
  • Support the continuous development of internal tools and processes.

Skills / Must Have

  • Strong understanding of RF and satellite communication systems.
  • Hands‑on experience diagnosing and troubleshooting network issues.
  • Proactive, analytical, and adaptable to changing technology.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in satellite or IoT networks.
  • Exposure to diagnostic software or automation tools.

Location

  • Harwell (Hybrid, 1 day per week in office)
