Responsibilities
- Monitor the performance of a global IoT satellite network and identify issues proactively.
- Diagnose and resolve complex RF and communications problems.
- Inform customers of potential issues before they impact service.
- Collaborate with software and network engineers to improve monitoring and reliability.
- Support the continuous development of internal tools and processes.
Skills / Must Have
- Strong understanding of RF and satellite communication systems.
- Hands‑on experience diagnosing and troubleshooting network issues.
- Proactive, analytical, and adaptable to changing technology.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience in satellite or IoT networks.
- Exposure to diagnostic software or automation tools.
Location
- Harwell (Hybrid, 1 day per week in office)
