Fuse is looking for an ambitious Senior Account Executive who can thrive in a successful and fast paced environment, supporting the team in delivering partnerships, sponsorships and brand experiences for one of our most high-profile clients who sponsor the UEFA Champions Leauge (UCL) and Women’s Football.
You will have strong interpersonal and project management skills, excellent attention to detail and be confident when liaising with clients and partner organisations. You will be expected to have an interest in culture, sport and entertainment and a passion for marketing and events and ideally have some experience working in this space.
The successful candidate will be joining a creative and dynamic team and supporting on on-going projects.
Responsibilities
Main day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Partnership Governance & Activation
- Partnership planning and activation
- Management of ongoing partnerships and brand experiences, which will involve: project management, asset approvals, global market communications, budget management, stakeholder and agency coordination, assets and rights management
- Research and idea development, creating proposals for clients
- Management of client approvals and campaign reporting / evaluations
- Supporting account teams with day to day admin, creation of presentations, organising of calls
Ticketing
- Support the team in overseeing the co-ordination of UCL ticket arrival and distribution to global markets
- Email mailbox management; responding where required to market leads and senior clients in a timely manner
- Manage regular stakeholder calls, producing status reports, meeting notes and actions to ensure the project is kept on track
- Support local markets with use of online guest management software as required
- Manage central SharePoint site where all project content is housed
- You will be required to work in and around UCL match days, so dedication to this role is vital
