Car Sales Executive

The Role

Silcom Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join an established, family run dealer group, based around the outskirts of Horsham.

Our client is offering a chance to join a progressive, high paying environment – where the realistic on target earnings exceed £60,000!!

Predominantly selling used cars – the opportunity to sell new, is also offered.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Promote and sell quality used vehicles while meeting monthly sales targets.
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate deals effectively to maximise profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dealership’s stock, pricing, and finance options.

The Package

£18,000 Basic – £60,000+ OTE + Company Car.

Monday to Friday – 8:30am – 6:00pm – Day off in the week.

Saturday – 9:00am – 5:00pm

1 in 4 Sundays – 10:00am – 4:00pm
