IT Contract / Service Delivery Analyst

Lincoln based (hybrid working)

Salary up to £45,000 plus excellent benefits

A well-established organisation is seeking an experienced IT Vendor & Asset Specialist to join its IT Service Delivery function. This is a pivotal role responsible for working across supplier relationships, contracts, and technology assets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end supplier contract lifecycle processes
• Leading on vendor governance and performance management activity
• Overseeing IT asset and software licence management
• Ensuring compliance with procurement and governance standards
• Reporting and spend analysis
• Identifying opportunities to optimise supplier performance and reduce costs
• Supporting service delivery teams with commercial and asset visibility

Required skills/experience

• Experience in IT contract management, vendor management, procurement management or IT asset management
• Knowledge of supplier governance and procurement processes
• Experience managing IT assets and/or software licensing
• Familiarity with ITIL or service delivery frameworks
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience using asset management or procurement systems
